  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • FOOD12 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order through FOOD12 constitutes an offer to purchase products from a partner restaurant.

  • An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Partner restaurants are solely responsible for food preparation, quality, and compliance with food safety regulations.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and may include taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made through the payment methods available within the Platform.

  • FOOD12 reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary.

  • FOOD12 is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (traffic, weather conditions, technical issues, etc.).

  • Users must provide accurate delivery details.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Complaints must be submitted through customer support within a reasonable timeframe.

7. User Obligations

Users agree:

  • To use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

  • Not to interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of FOOD12 and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FOOD12 acts as an intermediary between users and partner restaurants.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FOOD12 is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food provided by restaurants.

  • FOOD12 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the FOOD12 Privacy Policy available on the Platform.

11. Modifications

FOOD12 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which FOOD12 operates.
